We see what we want to see as much or as little. Have you been paying attention... do you want to see? Love and Gratitude,

Let us not forget where we are, and why we are there, Here. Let us remember to live while we are alive! Love and Gratitude,
Alfie It is crucial that we rediscover our connection with nature. Our Mother's well being needs this.
Love and Gratitude, Alfie ...that can be a planetary gap or a very fine line...what is and what could be. Let's make it a fine line, and enjoy the ride.
Love and Gratitude, Alfie Amy and I went to a costume ball the other night featuring RJD2 and Medium Troy with the Bohemiam Dub Orchestra. We decided to dress up as human beings. Amy's human suit is super sexy. She had a hard time hiding her wings, so she pretended they were part of her costume. I decided to cover up my third eye with an old Grateful Dead bandana and call it good. We had a blast playing in our human suits...dancing, singing, imbibing the beautiful energy being created and swirling about. Feeling breath move through our bodies, moving our bodies with the vibrations. Completely giving ourselves to the 'Now' experience...Surrender is Bliss! To letting go and feeling the Love! If we are happy, Pacha Mama is happy. Be Blissful in whatever you are! Love and Gratitude,
Alfie I mentioned something about a rotten apple not being much of a gift to give in the last post. It caused me to flip the lens and look within. I certainly don't want Amy taking a big bite of rotten me :-)
Tough thing to do...look at yourself. Most of us avoid it at all cost (besides the mirror of course), opting for the easier of our choices...focusing on everyone else. I am certainly guilty of this more than I care to mention. I mean, when it comes down to it...I love people watching! Definitely a favorite activity, and it often goes hand-in-hand with a bunch of useless, unfair judgement...the peanut gallery. Enough with the Peanut Gallery! Let's look inside! It is said that the things that most bother us in others are aspects of ourselves that we are to afraid to acknowledge. So let's take an honest look at us. Let's make sure that we like what we see. It is up to us after all. This week's drawing is me looking at me. Take a few moments to look at you today. You are worth the time. Do you like what you see? Go from there. Thanks for being you! Love and Gratitude, Alfie |
