Remember the Kazoo from Scooby Doo?
He would wiz in from outer space in a flash,
and just as quickly he was gone, leaving us with a little piece of wisdom and a lot of wonder.

Hummingbird, much like the Kazoo,
brings us a swift message.

Did you know that the hummingbird is the only being
from Pacha Mama's belly that is able to come to a complete stop from travelling at full speed?
AMAZING!

This is a very profound message from such a little guy.
Do you hear it?
As we barrel through this life toward some sort of non-existent finish line, it is important to
hover in the moment,
and sip from the sweet flower of life!

Praying Mantis comes to us with profound lessons, showing us how to still the outer mind and be within ourselves, drawing upon endless power: physical, mental, spiritual, or emotional.  That stillness can be simple contemplation, meditation, deep breathing, or even dreaming.

After the excitement and the busyness of the holiday, it is important that we remember to recharge.  Follow the Praying Mantis's lead, and go within to find your strength.
